Email bouncing "spammy"

Hi everyone, I have an insurance company I work with and they are having recurring but intermittent issues causing their emails to customers to bounce. The bounce messages say"matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam". I get this means the receiving server construes the email as spam based on content. My question is how do you begin to troubleshoot the content that might be causing this? My best guess is it's their email signature but that would not explain it being intermittent. Subject lines are things like: "COMPANY NAME, INC" or "Company Name Inc. (BRK) - New Producer Agreement needed for Company - Please return by 3/1/2016". Thoughts? Any help is appreciated! Also, most bounces seem to be from Office365 recipients. They are also Office365 users. Asking multiple customers to whitelist is a pain. Thanks!
