I'm trying to get my head around re-configuring exchange 2013 so we have an on-premise / office 365 hybrid and we also keep our Messagelabs service.
We are a school and obviously part of being a school is that we are entitled to free O365 which would give our pupils much more space for mail etc that we can offer on-premise, but on the flip-side of that we pay for a higher level of filtering with Messagelabs that EOP can offer and part of our commitment to safeguarding the pupils is making sure explicit images etc do not get through via email.
I know there are plenty of arguments out there to say that you don't need messagelabs etc if you are using office 365 and some schools have agreed to do without, but that isn't the case here and is not a valid option to pursue just dropping image filtering.
