few of my organization users have a seperated domain and their webmail is not on my exchange server. they have office 365 services.
my users don't use the web interface to send/receive emails, they use microsoft outlook 2010 or 2013 for that.
one of my user recently started to face an issue, whenever sending a mail, the sent item appears in the inbox and not in the sent items.
any suggestion?
