Office 365 Dynamic DG Emailing rooms and shared mailboxes despite being excluded

Hi All,

I'm having a heck of a time correcting this problem, and I'm hoping someone here can help me out. We have a dynamic distribution group that emails all employees but for some reason even though they were set to be excluded it still mails rooms and shared mailboxes like management or accounting. I did notice something strange though with the following commands:

Get-Mailbox | ft Name, RecipientTypeDetails returns the proper mailbox types (shared, room etc)

OUTPUT:
