I am posting this on behalf of a fellow Spicehead.
He migrated to Office 365 about 2 years ago through AT&T. Whenever he has an issue, he is told he has to call AT&T for Office 365 support instead of Microsoft directly as AT&T is who they are contracted through. AT&T does not have very prompt support and treats support issues like they are telecom/cable issues. He would like to migrate back to Microsoft directly for the renewal which is up in June.
What is the best way to go about migrating back to Microsoft directly as he does not want to renew with AT&T again due to support? He has gotten about 4 different answers on how this can be done.
