We frequently term employees and need to setup auto replys for them. Sometimes this step of setting the auto reply gets forgotten and or left out.
Two parts question:
1. Is there a way to use tags in a email to auto populate the uses name and or email address?
2. Is there a way to setup a policy in exchange or in )365 that will automatically set the users auto-reply settings to a pre-determined profile and have this auto reply be applied? Also using the information in step 1 put in tags to that will auto populate the users name and email address?
I would love to shave off a few minutes in processing termed employees by setting up this policy and just adding termed employees to the group. Automation of this would be great plus it could work for other groups that need an auto reply setup for them.
