Skype for Business Auditing

Hi. We use Skype for Business (formerly Lync) in our organization.

We recenlty had a situation where an employees history needed to be recovered.

Is there a way to:

1) Audit Skype conversations

2) Set policy preventing users from deleting or disabling their history.
