Issues with Incoming Email Settings with Office 365.

Ifollowed the instructions outlined here: https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/64500-setup-email-settings-in-spiceworks-office365

The outgoing email settings are working just fine. The issue I have is with the Incoming Emails.

I've tried POP, IMAP and Exchange methods, settings save fine, but any new incoming emails just sit in the Inbox and aren't converted to tickets.

I've confirmed that POP and IMAP are enabled on the helpdesk inbox, I've also confirmed on Office 365 that the server names are accurate. I can telnet to outlook.office365.com on port 993 and 995.

At this point, i don't know where else to look as the settings seem pretty straightforward.

I had it working with the Exchange method on Office 365 a week ago, but I was having an annoying email duplication issuein the inbox which prompted me to try IMAP and POP, but I have not...
