I was wondering what other people are doing for managing team emails.
We are a construction company and currently running40 projects, this number fluctuates all the time. In the past, prior to Office 365, we have used Public Folders and provided access based on distribution group membership and this worked ok because the public folders were stored on a server in house. However now since moving to Office 365 we run into speed issues for some of our users. In particular the division managers who oversee multiple projects.
At the moment I have been using the Cached Public Folder favourites for the project teams, however setting this up for managers who oversee multiple projects will be an issue.
I considered using the Shared Mailboxes but I believe it would be a similar issue as anyone manager could be across 20 projects at a time.
