Some of my customers that are on SBS2003 are needing upgrades and was thinking of going hosted emails. How do the 2 services compare? If there are 3rd party software that integrates into Outlook, does it still work with hosted exchange? 3rd party as in QuickBooks, Act... I have another customer that is using IMAP from their website hoster and they are annoyed that deleted emails aren't actually deleted until a purge is done. The emails simply have a strike through until purged. If I were to change those users to Rackspace or Office 365, will emails delete properly like they do when on local exchange? Customer also have a variety of mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, Android phones,...). Those play well with these providers?
