We are looking to add central management of email signature format. We are O365 customers, and have set up a possible solution using a transport rule:
For all outgoing email, Exchange Online would pull user attributes from AD, spit them into the HTML in the transport rule, and present it as a signature right above our disclaimer note. It contains all personal data we want, plus company logo and social media image links. It can even hold promotional material that can be set to last only from date x to date y.
Multiple signatures can be stored based on policies.
I'm curious as to what added value other solutions offer (Exclaimer, CodeTwo, etc) compared to what's already available in O365.
Thanks for all feedback.
