Just took on a new client who uses Office 365 for e-mail hosting. The old IT firm setup Office 365 for the client but never provided the administrator login credentials. The old IT firm is not playing nice and will no longer speak with the client. I have attempted to work with Office 365 support but they are not able to assist me because I am not on the account.
Does anyone know of a protocol to address such an issue?
