We recently migrated from MS Exchange 2010 to Office 365/Exchange Online
We have 3 people in our customer service department, all in the same room. They each have their own email, but they also have full rights to a shared email box. Users I have reduced their mailboxes to 10 GB's each, but shared mailboxes I left at the full 50 GB.
When they are searching for an order, they typically use a store number. Before migration, it would take a about 5-10 seconds for results to come back and the 3 of them could do this at the same time. After the migration, they are saying that it takes them at least 2 minutes and only one of them can do it at a time. The other 2 sees that the first person is searching and can't do anything with it.
Is there any way of indexing this mailbox so that it is more responsive and efficient?
