I have a customer who was able to show me that she is missing random items from her sent box via Office365. This customer does not use Outlook locally - they exclusively log into their Office365 account via Google Chrome or some other favorite web browser. I'm asking Google and wanted to ask here as well.
They log into their account, send an email and sometimes a message will show up and other random messages do not. I sent myself a test email and could see it show up in the sent items...so far I'm not able to duplicate the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this before? If so, what was the fix?
