Am trying to install Office 365 (with product key) for someone and keep getting error code 3083-1015(1) could not continue as we were not able to download a required file; please check your internet connection or try another network. I have uninstalled all previous versions of Office, I have tried everything suggested on the MS help forums, such as clean boot, unchecking proxy files etc etc etc, and still I get this message.
I am not a technical guru, in fact there is loads I don't know and I suspect this problem's solution may be outside my bailiwick, as it were. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection.
