HELP!!!1) I have an MS Office 365email subscription.
2) I have Outlook 2013.
All my email history in my folders and subfolders are visible when logging into the Office 365, but myfolders and subfoldersin Outlook 2013 do not show this.I can see my folders and subfoldersin Outlook 2013, but my email history and anyemails I'd like to savetothe folders/subfolders are not visible. I created the pst, I exported the file as directed. I've done everything I've been told to do, butmy email historynever uploaded to my Outlook folders, and when I drag the emails to the folders/subfolders, they instantly empty.I can send and receive emails without problem in Outlook 2013, but once I try to file them inmy folders/subfolders they disappear. They do show up inOffice 365, thankfully, but it sure is inconvenient tohave to switch over toOffice365 each...
