I am running out of ideas and hoping someone can provide a little help.
I have a user account from a C level employee. They just got a new phone and their mail account will not sync. I have tried everything I can think of:
- Deleted and re-added the account.
- Checked AD and made sure the "Include inheritable permissions...." box is checked.
- Enabled Airplane mode and then disabled it again.
- Reset Network settings from the settings menu
- Changed the "Mail Days to Sync" option to "no limit".
- Installed the Outlook app and it will not connect either.
- Checked number of mobile devices connected to the exchange account. I believe there is a limit of 10 devices. This user has 4.
None of these options have worked so far. Has anyone seen anything like this before? We are on Office 365, autodiscover is working and all the connection settings are correct. Any...
