I am currently on hold with Office 365 support going on 2 hours now over a problem with attaching my external domain to my O365 account. They have the most horrendous on-hold music ever. Besides that, I am trying to attach my domain to my O365 account so that we can prepare for our Exchange migration and I want to make it easier for my users to login instead of using the super long login that MS sets you up with. AD is already tied with Azure and the migration happens somewhere around the 8th-9th of this month. So I have some time.
The error that I get says that the domain is taken by somebody else. We are running O365 Business Premium and none of my IT coworkers have it attached to their accounts. All services work just fine except for Exchange and O365 Admin Portal being degraded. A ticket was submitted yesterday with no updates...
