Yesterday users stopped being able to sign into Office 365 account in their Office programs (word, excel, etc). This is an ADFS environment. We found that the issue was their network time was 5 minutes slow. As soon as we updated that, everyone could sign in again.
However, on certain machines, even after this, users could not sign into their office programs. Testing some things, we had found that if the user moves to a different machine and signs in, it works perfectly fine. If we recreate their local profile on the machine that wasn't working, it works fine as well.
So obviously, it sounds like something gets stored in the local profile that is causing this to still not work. Does anyone have ideas of what to look for? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling office. No go.
