Hi everyone, I am attempting to setup mail flow between Office 365 and Google Apps. Ourorganizationwants the mail to come to Office365 and then Forward onto Google Apps. So far this is working perfectly. Our users are currently used to using Google Apps for retrieving their email and we want to keep it that way. We have just implemented Office 365 recently.
Eventually some users will use Office 365/Exchange for their mail, but not at this time. So please keep this in mind.
Any suggestions on the best approach to resolving the issues?
Issues(s):
- In Google Apps, if userA@eupschools.org sends and e-mail to userB@eupschools.org it does an MX Lookup for eupschools.org and sends the e-mail to Office 365 for it to be forwarded back to Google Apps. Is there a way to keep it internal and only do the MX Lookup if the account doesn't exist in Google...
