Office 365 / email security services

Hi all,

I'm looking into migrating one of our entities to Office 365 or another hosted Exchange solution, and I was wondering whether there's still a requirement to have an email security service such as MessageLabs, or do the hosted solutions tend to have the functionality built-in?
