Fellow Spiceheads I need some help. I just started a new job and am trying to resolve an email issue for CEO
So lets start. We use Office 365 and Outlook as our email. In out look my CEO has her company exchange account, gmail, and earthlink accounts. Her exchange account works just fine when you say something is not junk it is put into the inbox folder but not the junk. Her gmail on the other hand you mark an email "not Junk" following correspondence still goes into the junk mail bin.
Has any one seen this before?
