Hi Guys,
I hope I'm not repeating an answer that has already been posted.
Recently we have rolled out a number of sites to Office 365. What we have found is that the process is so automated, that if the automation fails, there seems to be no way to enter manual configuration settings. Massive oversight by Microsoft.
You make the necessary changes to autodiscover and so on, all PC's connect, EXCEPT for one or two. You check all settings, and run the connectivity test

and all is fine.
You turn to Google for answers and find there are a lot of people with the same issue, but the answers are the same "copy and paste" vomit from the overseas MS support staff. It doesn't work, and no one seems to offer an answer.
What I have found is this.
Install the following updates. Do them all and reboot after after each one.
Create a new Outlook profile. (DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME UPDATING AN EXISTING PROFILE)

Try again and all should work.
Post your results and any further info if the above does not work.
Many thanks
