Hi all,
I've got a bit of a weird issue, with a recent Office 365 and Outlook 2013 environment.
About 20 machines, 90% of which will work fine with Outlook 2013.
10% of the network (but not always the same machines) will all of a sudden stop being able to send messages, with messages just sitting in the Outbox. Moving items out of outbox and into drafts to resend, does nothing to solve the issue. Messages stuck are basic replies with no attachments.
The only fix appears to be creating a new profile, which will then work for a while or then be okay, but another machine at random may drop away with the same issues.
I'm looking at third party software affecting the machines, but it's proving quite difficult to work out what the issue is?
Any ideas out there?
