We recently switched to O365. We have an in-house Mitel 5000 phone system running version 6.0 SP3 software. There is an older document from Mitel on how to set up voicemail to email in O365, it's dated 9/13 - unable to get anything newer. We have the "Forward" user option working via SMTP relay. However, we are unable to get the "Enhanced Integration" user option working.
Does anyone have experience in getting the Mitel Enhanced Integration working in their environment with a similar setup? The documentation is very sparse on the Mitel Email Gateway and User settings that are needed to connect to O365.
