I have a fresh install of windows 7 pro running 32b office 2013.
Everything but lync seems to work fine.
When lync opens it goes to a crash report during the blue loading splash screen.
I have seen a similar issue in the past that was related to the Graphics Driver, but I have verified I have the latest NVS 4200M driver from nVidia installed. No change.
