Today was not a good day to migrate our senior management to Outlook 365

I have been running Outlook 365 for a year without any major issues. We migrated a large number of our users including our senior management team this morning without a hitch. And then.... Really Microsoft? Today is the day your entire system for North America is down? We are dead in the water and have been for about 2 hours. Our premise exchange server has been up for 15 months without a hitch and the day we migrate my bosses is the day Microsoft has a major problem.
