Our business model relies upon customers or potential customers sending us data files. Usually in the pre-contract stage , the file exchange is ad hoc and person to person. Usually through email. If a file is too big, we have FTP but a portion of the customers don't have the skillset to use FTP effectively. We get asked if we have drop box or the like.
We do have E3 Office 365, and I do know you can create a folder in OneDrive Business and share it with someone by sending an invite to their email address.
But the only way that person could get into the folder is by using a Microsoft Account. So obviously that creates a heavy obstacle.
How do you approach this? I was thinking of some options, Im not a big fan of either.
