Hey y'all! I have a user on O365 that is having a sending issue. When she emails one certain recipient from the desktop client, the message trace shows delivered but the recipient doesn't get it. If I send to the same recipient from the sender's web based outlook, it goes through fine. I'm on the same domain as the sender, same office version and I have no trouble sending to this person. The recipient is not on our domain. Can anybody offer any insight? Thanks!
