Hello, Noah here.
I have a user that has report an issue with her OWA (Office 365) email account that has never happened before and we have never come across this issue. When she checks her email she cannot open or download the attachments and gets this message error. Her storage space is good, happens on multiple work stations and file types, but only affecting this user.
This is a high priority issue, the faster we get answers the better. Thank you all in advance.
