Powershell Command for authorizing automatic transfert rules on domain level

Hi there,

It seems that per default an user on Office 365 Exchange Online cannot create automatic email transfert rules (by Outlook or WebApp) that can forward automatically to outside email adresses.

A workaround is creating external adresses as contacts and then transfert to them. But I'm looking for a way to activate automatic transfert to external email adresses for the whole domain.

Any ideas ?
