Office 365 DirSync

Hi all,

I am using Skykick to shift around 50 Exchange mailboxes to Office365. Skykick will create the Office 365 accounts in advanced.

My question is though, when I come to install DirSync after what is going to be the behavior of the syncing?

Is it going to overwrite the exsiting Office365 account with the on premise AD accounts or create duplicates?

Is it possible to match up on premise AD accounts with an existing Office 365 account?

e.g. John Baker will have an Office365 account and then his user account will be synced up from the local AD.
