I've looked through the Exchange settings and cannot find anything that I may be missing.
Can someone guide me to the correct location to allow the user to see our Shared Contacts?
I access it with my account, but my account was set up prior to my arrival in the organization. In Outlook 2013, I can go to People > Other Contacts > Shared Contacts. I've found the Public Folder permissions in Exchange Online and I added the user to have permissions down the tree, but it still isn't working as I would like.
