Manage Office 365 tenant with 3rd party tool

We are in the transition to Office 365, and though Microsoft have an okay Tenant admin interface, a lot of the "good" stuff can only be set using Powershell.

To avoid that, I would like to hear if anyone is using a 3rd party tool or service to manage their Office 365 tenant. It is specific assigning licenses to users I am interested in. Mainly because I dont want to do it and must have a easy way for my helpdesk personal to do this.
