We have been using and installing Office 365 for the last 2 years.
In the last 6 months we have had no end of issues with Skydrive Pro and issues with logins, file cache corruptions on a daily basis, files not syncing for any discernible reasons. To name just a few.
Initially we always try an resolve these issues ourselves, but invariably we end up having to speak to MS tech support who seem to be the most clueless people I have ever come across.
They have yet to resolve any issue we have given to them. They always as you to reinstall office (regardless of the fact we have just done that before calling), ask you to run office repairs, reinstall Windows etc etc
However my biggest problem with the support is the fact they dont seem to understand our customers are running a business. So a 2 - 3 day/week response time is absolutely ridiculous.
We have promoted office 365 to our customers all the time and have recently made the decision to stop promoting as we cant handle the lack of support we are receiving from MS.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
