We're at a stage where we're considering moving to some sort of hosted platform for our office communications. We're currently running an in-house Exchange environment with a Barracuda on the front end for SPAM and threat prevention.
I've done some homework and am on the fence whether I want to get Rackspace hybrid account or Office 365 for everyone. When I do the math it would be more cost efficient (I hate it when people say "cheaper") to buy Office 365 for everyone but through either a tech re-seller or straight from Microsoft.
Although Rackspace does sell Office 365 they charge a premium and claim it's for their "fanatical support". While I like the idea of having someone on deck 24/7 to handle my issues I'm still not sure if it justifies such a huge price increase from the option of simply relying on support directly from Microsoft....
