I have a user that uses Wild Blue at home for his ISP. When he tries to open Outlook, it sticks on loading profile. It can sit like that for hours and never open. If he connects to the hot spot on his phone, it works without a problem. when he is in the office, there is no problem, just when he is connected on the slow satalite connection. If I use Teamviewer to connect to his machine, it still doesn't connect, but as soon as I use a VNC connection through Kaseya, Outlook will connect to Office365 and work normally until he closes it and reopens. I think this has to be something with the ISP, but the VNC connection is confussing me.
