Office 365 incoming mail from a domain keeps going to Junk Email.

I have a customer that I setup with Office 365. Everything has been going great until just recently...

All e-mail from a certain domain is going to users' Junk Email. This is happening for everyone in the organization. The users receive *many* e-mails from this domain daily, as they should. The sender is their online LOB system.

I attempted to go to the ECP for Office 365 and setup a rule, but...

There appears to have been a recent change to the ECP. There is no longer a "Rules" option under "Mail Flow" in the ECP, where previously I would have set this up.

Since we are dealing with a large number of users in multiple offices in different cities, I can't ask every user to go to their Junk Email. I *need* a server-side solution.

HELP!!!!
