I have this little confusion in my mind. One of the user laptop will have his format. My problem is the office he was using is office 365 small business premium and comes with no physical installation. he forgot his username and password in office 365 website. The license is being used by 5 computer including his.
Now, my problem is if im going to reformat the laptop can i still use same license? but I have to create new username in order for me to download office 365.
And the license is fully booked by 5 user only.
