So we have some employees that are no longer with the company and we need to retain there emails as it has some important data from our clients. We cant just change the users password as we will be having someone fill their seat and thus making us have to use their license. But I was not sure if there was a good way to retain the old users emails for documentation and emails from our clients.
The thought of creating a .PST file and importing it to another users email, but I am not sure what kind of behaviors this will cause.
Does anyone have any ideas or can give me some good info on what to do in this situation?
