Last week I set junk filtering to high on all the Outlook 2013's in the office.
One user got fed up of most her legitimate email going to junk and I put it back to 'No Automatic Filtering'.
Most of her legitimate email is still going to junk.
So switching something off has actually left it switched on.
Is this a bug in Outlook 2013 or are there other hoops to jump through other than the single click that started it in the first place?
