In a piece for Windows IT Pro, Tony Redmond offers his two cents on Microsoft's recent update to the Office 365 Admin app.
Available in the Google Play store, the Apple app store, and the Windows app store, the reviews in each respective marketplace "focus on missing functionality ... rather than [on] how the app might be used to help admins." In an effort to rectify this, Redmond details his experiences working with the Admin app over a weeklong period.
Prefacing his report, Redmond is upfront with his expectations: "I think it's unreasonable to expect any app that runs on a smartphone to do the heavy lifting of administration ...
