Data Loss Prevention in Office 365

Hi All,

Looking at migrating our user's H: drives to OneDrive for Business in the near future, but wondering how other people are dealing with the DLP side of things? I can see that MS have extended their eDiscovery suite to include SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, and that they plan to expand functionality to be able to define policies and trigger events:

But how will this prevent, say, for instance, a user from signing into their ODFB via browseron their home PC and downloading corporate data, which they can then do whatever they want with? It seems rather reactionary...
