infrastructure: domain network, not synced to office365 accounts. Users use outlook 2010, and enter their office365 credentials and check the "remember my password" button
in the last week I've had about 5-10 of my users ask me for help connecting their outlook. Their username was changed to username@ad-domain.local (as opposed to username@emaildomain.com)
Re-entering the appropriate credentials seems to work.
Has anyone else noticed this happening lately, or have any idea what might be going on? I suspect that MS is migrating my accounts to a new server, so the credentials previously saved for pod1234.outlook.com (or whatever) are not being used for pod4321.outlook.com.
This hasn't come up on my workstation yet so I can't say for sure.
