We have a customer with Office 365 and local outlook 2013 clients. One of the users (the president..) noticed that massive amounts of his email gets automatically deleted after 5-7 days, and at consistent times.
I'm able to go into folders > restore deleted items and get them all back...but I can't find any rule, scheduled task, auto-archive rule, etc that could be controlling this. He is on Win7 Pro, outlook 2013, Eset antivirus with outlook integration. He is only at 10% capacity.
I've checked local client rules, OWA rules and settings, eset configuration, office 365 admin config..anywhere there could be a rule controlling this, I find nothing. Microsoft was not able to find anything either.
He is the only user of 45 this is affecting, and he isn't sure when it started, or what may have changed.
