Alright, so I've been on the phone for almost two hours with Microsoft who can't find a fix for this particular issue, and I'm going nuts - if I have to sit on the phone again, I'm going to go bonkers.
I have a single user who has a PC that was JUST built (and we've had systems built since then that don't have this problem) who is unable to get his office 365 to activate. Every time the user types his login into the activation prompt (Word, Excel, doesn't matter) the response is always the same.
"There is a problem with your account. Please try again later."
Well, we have. It's been going on for two weeks now. Even re-checking the license information in the O365 admin portal does nothing.
I've deleted registry files (with Microsoft support), run VB scripts to check activation status, even logged into the PC as my admin account and it...
