Office365 IPhone attachments not opening

I cut over our mail to Office365 this weekend and everything seems to be going well except one issue.

My clients who are using the IPhone are having issues loading/opening attachments. Most of the time it just stays at a loading screen and never opens/downloads attachment, or we get message "This message has not been downloaded from the server".
