Any fellow Office 365 users out there that can tell me how to DELETE a message recall attempt?
One of our users attempted to recall a helpdesk request (it's for a system other than Spiceworks) and while the system has a rule to automatically reject recall requests, the user is still receiving messages saying that the helpdesk system received the recall attempt as a new ticket, and the system has logged over 200 tickets for this user now.
I am unable, for the life of me, to find either the old message that was attempted to be recalled from this user's account, or a list of messages that show that they have been recalled (well, I was HOPING to find a listing of attempted recalls in Outlook 2013, but no such luck)
And of course every single search I do online assumes I want to recall a message. I don't. I want to DELETE the recall attempt...
