I have a client who is unable to edit an excel spreadsheet in excel online through SharePoint. Another O365 user shared the excel spreadsheet to this user, and when the user wants to edit it, she does not have the option in excel online for this document to edit in excel online, she does have the option to edit in Excel which would open it in her desktop app, but she needs to have online editing for this file. She has Windows 7, and is using Firefox.
