A company that I have worked with in the past has asked if there was a way to try Exchange Online for one user. The owner of the company wants to try it and see how it works.
He has been using Microsoft Small Business Server for the last 10+ years and doesn't want the headache of backing up Exchange any more but he's afraid his employees might revolt. This is a property management company and email is critical to their business.
The owner is a more tech savvy than the users in his office. He's not afraid of change but he does want to be able their questions and see if there are any issues.
